Khit Chiropractic and Wellness Center was established in 2006 by founders

Luis I Khit and Alejandra G Khit, with its initial practice location in Harlingen, Texas. The center expanded its services with the opening of a second location in Mission, Texas in 2007. Over the years, Khit Chiropractic and Wellness Center continued to grow and added additional locations in Weslaco, Brownsville, McAllen, Austin, and Rio Grande City. As of 2023, our chiropractic practice has expanded its team from two chiropractors to a total of nine highly skilled chiropractors.

The mission of Khit Chiropractic and Wellness Center is to provide the highest quality chiropractic care to our community, and we are committed to continually improving ourselves through education, training, and innovation.

As part of our dedication to meeting this vision, we have expanded our services to better serve the needs of our patients.

Since 2011, we have partnered with Insight Diagnostics and Imaging Center to offer a comprehensive range of imaging services. This includes plain film radiography, MRI, CT scans, and diagnostic sonography. By collaborating with Insight Diagnostics and Imaging Center, we ensure that our patients have convenient and quick access to these advanced diagnostic tools.

Kay Medical Center provides comprehensive medical evaluations and effective solutions for patients suffering from pain and injury. Recognizing that some patients require more advanced care, we expanded our offerings and founded Kay Medical Center-Orthopedics and Spinal Decompression and Remodeling Center. These additions have enabled us to address the complex cases we encounter on a daily basis, as these cases often involve more intricate pain conditions.

In 2023, we further expanded our services by establishing Kay Medical Center-Pain Management. This new endeavor allows us to tackle complex pain through a multidisciplinary approach, improving the quality of life for our patients while prioritizing safety and utilizing minimally invasive techniques.

We recognize the importance of accurate, safe, and compliant medical records management. For this purpose, Impact Professional Services was created. Our medical records and billing department is the responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all the medical records for all our sister companies. Each records specialist is trained to gather, review, input, attest and distribute in a timely manner the medical records of our patients to the interested parties.

Khit Multidisciplinary Group (KMDG) was established in 2023, bringing together Khit Chiropractic and Wellness Center, Kay Medical Center, Insight Diagnostics and Imaging Center, and Spinal Decompression and Remodeling Center. This strategic merger aims to unite our expertise and resources, enabling us to deliver even higher levels of care to our patients.
